Baked Salmon With Asparagus
Ingredients:
200g of
salmon fillet.
150g of
asparagus.
1 tablespoon
of olive oil.
1 clove of
garlic, minced.
1 lemon,
sliced.
Salt to
taste.
Pepper to
taste.
1 teaspoon
of dried herbs. (like thyme
or rosemary)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Baking sheet.
Aluminum
foil.
Mixing bowl.
Whisk.
Oven.
Method of making:
Preheat the
oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a
baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
In a mixing
bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
Place the
salmon fillet on the baking sheet and brush the olive oil mixture over the fish.
Arrange the
asparagus around the salmon on the baking sheet, drizzle with any remaining
olive oil mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Layer lemon
slices over the salmon and asparagus for added flavor.
Bake in the
preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes
easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
Remove from
oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
