Chicken Kebab
Ingredients:
- 250g of chicken breast.
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of paprika.
- 1 teaspoon of cumin.
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- 2 bell peppers.
- 1 onion.
- 4 pita bread.
- 100g of tzatziki sauce.
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- grill.
- skewers.
- mixing bowl.
- knife.
- cutting board.
Method of making:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, chop the bell peppers and onion into chunks.
- After marinating, thread the chicken, bell peppers, and onion pieces alternately onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and place the skewers on it.
- Grill the kebabs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Warm the pita bread on the grill for a minute on each side.
- Serve the kebabs with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
