Ingredients:

  • 250g of chicken breast.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika.
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • 2 bell peppers.
  • 1 onion.
  • 4 pita bread.
  • 100g of tzatziki sauce.

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • grill.
  • skewers.
  • mixing bowl.
  • knife.
  • cutting board.

Method of making:

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • While the chicken marinates, chop the bell peppers and onion into chunks.

  • After marinating, thread the chicken, bell peppers, and onion pieces alternately onto the skewers.

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and place the skewers on it.

  • Grill the kebabs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

  • Warm the pita bread on the grill for a minute on each side.

  • Serve the kebabs with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
