Chickpea Salad With Feta Cheese
Ingredients:
- 200g of canned chickpeas.
- 100g of cherry tomatoes.
- 50g of cucumber.
- 50g of feta cheese.
- 20g of olive oil.
- 10g of red onion.
- 10g of lemon juice.
- 5g of fresh parsley.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing bowl.
- Knife.
- Chopping board.
- Serving dish.
Method of making:
Drain and
rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water and place them in a mixing bowl.
Chop the
cherry tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl with chickpeas.
Crumble the
feta cheese and add it to the salad mixture.
Finely chop
the red onion and fresh parsley, then sprinkle them over the salad.
Drizzle
olive oil and lemon juice over the salad, then season with salt and pepper to
taste.
Toss all the
ingredients together gently until well combined.
Serve the
salad chilled or at room temperature.
