Bread Pocket
Ingredients: A few slices of sandwich bread An egg
Biscuit powder
Coconut oil for deep frying
Ingredients Required for Filling :-
Two boiled eggs
Big onion
Two chili pods
A tomato
Salt powder according to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Mayonnaise sauce
Half a teaspoon of mustard paste
(For this, you can make sausage stuffing, fish or chicken stuffing as stuffing)
Method Of Making ;-
Take two bread slices and cut the edges. Then place them on top of a board and thin them with a rolling pin. Roll them into a dough and then cut circles with a big round cutter.
Cut everything in this way.
Then break the egg and put it in a bowl and beat it.. Put some biscuit powder in a bowl and get it ready.. Take a thin circle of bread and dip it in the egg mixture and roll it in the biscuit powder.. Make everything in this way.
Then place a pan on the stove and put oil in it and fry the prepared bread one by one till golden color..
It puffs up when fried..
Keep the prepared bread pockets aside and make the filling..
Remove the shells from the boiled eggs and cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl and add finely diced Big onion, salt, green chillies and tomatoes. Then add pepper powder, salt powder, mustard paste, mayonnaise sauce according to taste and mix it.
Then cut the prepared bread into two pockets and fill them with a little bit of the filling.
