Watalappan
Ingredients:
- 350 ml of thick coconut milk
- 250g of jaggery
- 5 eggs
- Vanilla
- Enasal 2 (Crush)
Method of making:
✔Cut jaggery into small pieces and blend it with some coconut milk.
✔Add Eggs, a little vanilla and
cardamom powder to a bowl and whisk well.
✔Now add the blended jaggery and remaining coconut milk to the egg mixture and mix well.
✔Put the prepared watalappan mixture on a plate and cover it well with an aluminum foil.
✔Steam for 45 minutes. (I steamed it in a rice cooker)
