Ingredients:
  • 350 ml of thick coconut milk
  • 250g of jaggery
  • 5 eggs
  • Vanilla
  • Enasal 2 (Crush)
Method of making: Cut jaggery into small pieces and blend it with some coconut milk. ✔Add Eggs, a little vanilla and cardamom powder to a bowl and whisk well. Now add the blended jaggery and remaining coconut milk to the egg mixture and mix well. Put the prepared watalappan mixture on a plate and cover it well with an aluminum foil. Steam for 45 minutes. (I steamed it in a rice cooker) 💕Taste it.
