Caramel Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 large can of milkmaid
- 10 eggs
- Some little warm water
- 4-5 table spoons of white sugar to caramelize
- A teaspoon of vanilla
Apply some butter to a bowl to make the pudding and put it aside.
Put white sugar to a pot to caramelize the sugar and put it on low flame, then it will get a nice color, When caramelizing the sugar, don't mix it when caramelize . When all the sugar is melted and turns golden color, put it to the pudding making pot.
Then break the eggs and put the bowl
Blend the eggs, Mix the milkmaid to the same. Put some hot water in the milkmaid tin, wash the tin and add the water to the mixture.
Add a teaspoon or half a teaspoon of vanilla and blend again.
Strain the mixture into the pudding making container. Then cover the pudding mixture with aluminum foil.
Then put the pudding bowl on the upper part of the steamer and steam it for about 45 minutes.
Check whether the pudding is steamed by tapping a tooth pick. if the mixture is not smeared, the pudding is steamed well.
Leave the bowl from stove and then keep it blow out, and then put it in the lower part of the refrigerator..
When it cools well, it is easy to turn the other side.
Then turn the other side and taste.
