Marshmallows
Ingredients:
- 250g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 30 g of gelatin
- 125 ml of hot water
- Food Coloring
- Corn flour
- A little icing sugar
Method of making:
First, prepare a bowl for making marshmallows. Apply butter or oil, then add Corn flour and rub.
Then put gelatin to a bowl and add hot water and then dissolve it well.
After that, place a separate bowl on the stove, put some sugar in it and add about 125 ml of water and melt it well until it starts bubbling.
Now take a bowl of water and put some sugar in it with a spoon. If the bottom sugar melts, that is the base of our marshmallows. At this point, add the dissolved gelatin.
Now when it comes to the thickness of the spoon, turn off the stove and put the mixture in a bowl and beat it over the heat carefully.. Then beat more speed.
While beating like this, when the mixture thickens, add vanilla and beat again for a few seconds.
Now put one part of this in the tray we have prepared, add your favorite food coloring to the other part and beat it and quickly put it in the tray and sprinkle Corn flour on it and let it set.(This work should be done quickly, because otherwise it will soon set in the pots.)
Loosen around the tray that has been kept like this for three to four hours and put it on a board with sprinkled Corn flour, cut the pieces with a knife and then spread the cornflowers on the cut pieces as well.
Colorful marshmallows are ready now
