 Creamy Cheese Pasta Delight



Ingredients:

  • 300g of pasta (fusilli or penne)
  • 150g of cream cheese
  • 100g of grated cheddar cheese
  • 50g of grated parmesan cheese
  • 200ml of whole milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot
  • Colander
  • Skillet
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Measuring Cups
  • Grater

Instructions:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta using a colander.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the cream cheese and gradually pour in the whole milk, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle in the grated cheddar and parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and well combined.
  • Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce in the skillet, tossing well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
