Creamy Cheese Pasta Delight
Ingredients:
- 300g of pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 150g of cream cheese
- 100g of grated cheddar cheese
- 50g of grated parmesan cheese
- 200ml of whole milk
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Skillet

- Measuring Cups

Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta using a colander.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cream cheese and gradually pour in the whole milk, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle in the grated cheddar and parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and well combined.
- Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce in the skillet, tossing well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
