Quick Turkey Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 100g of sliced turkey breast
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Plate
Instructions:
- Lay out the two slices of whole grain bread on a plate.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over one slice of bread.
- Layer on the sliced turkey breast, followed by the slice of cheddar cheese.
- Add the romaine lettuce on top.
- Spread the mayonnaise on the other slice of bread, then place it on top of the sandwich, mayo side down.
- Press lightly to combine, and slice the sandwich in half if desired.
