Turkey Avocado Sandwich

 Quick Turkey Avocado Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 100g of sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Lay out the two slices of whole grain bread on a plate.
  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly over one slice of bread.
  • Layer on the sliced turkey breast, followed by the slice of cheddar cheese.
  • Add the romaine lettuce on top.
  • Spread the mayonnaise on the other slice of bread, then place it on top of the sandwich, mayo side down.
  • Press lightly to combine, and slice the sandwich in half if desired.
