Delicious crispy chicken nuggets


Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 500 g boneless chicken
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • 1/2 table spoon of pepper
  • 1 table spoon of chili powder
  • some turmeric powder
  • 1/2 table spoon of salt powder
  • Biscuit powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of fresh milk
  • coconut oil

Method of making :

First cut the four sides of the bread slices and cut them into small pieces and blend it.. then wash the meat and cut it into small pieces and blend it..

Then add crushed ginger, garlic, pepper, chilli, turmeric and salt powder to this and blend well.

(But these amounts vary according to the quantity of meat and increase or decrease the spicy according to your taste.)

Now this mixture is a little sticky, so rub some coconut oil on your hands and place a lunchet on a board, spread this mixture on it and cut it into thin squares.

Then keep it in the upper part of the fridge for about 1/2 hour to set.

Now in a separate bowl add an egg, salt and fresh milk and a pinch of pepper powder and mix.

After 1/2 hour take the chicken nuggets and keep it cool.

Then rub chicken nuggets in the egg sap and roll them in the biscuit powder.

Now put oil to a pan and when it gets hot, add these chicken nuggets and fry them on low flame.

Our delicious crispy chicken nuggets are ready now.
