Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 200g of all-purpose flour.
- 250g of granulated sugar.
- 75g of cocoa powder.
- 1 tsp of baking powder.
- 1 tsp of baking soda.
- 1/2 tsp of salt.
- 2 large eggs.
- 240ml of milk.
- 120ml of vegetable oil.
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- 240ml of boiling water.

- Mixing bowl.
- Measuring cups.
- Oven.
- Cake tin.
- Whisk.
Method of making:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake tin.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
Stir in the boiling water (the batter will be thin), and mix until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
