Savory Pork Bistake
Ingredients:
- 400g of pork tenderloin.

- 1 onion, sliced.

- 150g of bell peppers, sliced.

Method of making:
Begin by slicing the pork tenderloin into thin strips.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
Add the pork strips to the marinade and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated pork to the frying pan and cook until browned on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced onion and bell peppers; sauté until tender.
Return the cooked pork to the pan and mix well with the vegetables, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
