Turkey Wrap With Whole Wheat Tortilla
Ingredients:
- 150g of sliced turkey breast.
- 1 whole wheat tortilla. (60g)
- 50g of lettuce leaves.
- 20g of sliced tomatoes.
- 20g of avocado.
- 10g of low-fat mayonnaise.
- 10g of shredded cheese.
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Knife.
- Cutting Board.
- Skillet.
- Spoon.
Method of making:
Lay the
whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread the
low-fat mayonnaise evenly over the
tortilla.
Layer the
lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and avocado slices on top of the mayonnaise.
Add the
sliced turkey breast over the vegetables.
Sprinkle the
shredded cheese on top of the turkey.
Carefully
roll the tortilla tightly to form the wrap, tucking in the edges as you go.
Heat a
skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down.
Toast each
side for about 2-3 minutes
until golden brown.
Remove from
skillet, slice in half, and serve.
