Chocolate Donuts

Delicious Chocolate Donuts



Ingredients:

  • 500g wheat flour
  • Yeast 4 tbsp
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of lukewarm milk
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • Salt to taste

Method of making:

 Take a bowl, put the milk in it, add yeast, sugar and mix it, cover it and leave it to bloom for about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add well-beaten eggs, butter and salt according to taste and add flour little by little and mix well to make a soft dough that does not stick to your hand.

After that put some oil in a bowl and keep it closed (be double in size.)

(The time to bloom varies according to the temperature of each environment.. Be careful about that too.)

After 1/2 an hour, take the well risen dough and put it on the board sprinkled with some flour and thin it with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1cm.

Now cut a circle with a donut cutter or a round lid, cut a small circle in the middle and close it and keep it for a while until it doubles in size.

Then fry in deep oil on low flame and then let the oil trickle.

Now double boil 4 to 5 pieces of dark chocolate or  milk chocolate and dip one side of the donuts in chocolate sauce and sprinkle chopped cashew nuts and sprinkles.

Our delicious chocolate donuts are ready now.

So make it and taste it.
