Falooda
Ingredients:
- Fresh milk
- 4 tablespoons of basil seeds
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 4 drops of red coloring
- 6 Tablespoons of Rose Syrup
- A little sugar syrup
- A small amount of jelly cut into small pieces
- ice cubes
Method of making :
First, soak the basil seeds in water for about 40 minutes, and then filter the water and keep aside.
Add coloring, a few drops of rose essence, basil seeds and jelly / moss jelly to the Rose syrup and stir.
Put the sugar syrup mixer we made in a tall glass and add milk to it. Add ice cubes to it. Add a scoop of ice cream and decorate with the small pieces of jelly.
Now our falooda is ready
